Blue Node Labs is an independent software company based in San Francisco. Founded by Matthew Lotocki, a software engineer with experience at Meta, Amazon, and Zoox, the company focuses on reliable, well-designed systems for modern businesses. Matthew’s background spans large-scale infrastructure, product architecture, and full-stack application development. Blue Node Labs applies that experience to build custom software with the same rigor as enterprise platforms, delivered with the flexibility of an independent team.

Do you handle hosting and setup?
Yes. We handle deployment, hosting, and handover so you receive a fully working system with documentation. You can host it yourself or have us continue to operate and monitor it under a long-term maintenance plan.
Do I need any technical background?
No. We guide the process from planning through delivery and keep you updated at every step. You can stay focused on outcomes while we manage the technical side and coordination.
How do you charge?
Most projects are fixed price based on a defined scope and deliverables. For exploratory or evolving work, day-rate or milestone-based billing can make more sense.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
You do. All source code, configuration, and documentation are transferred to your accounts at project completion. Blue Node Labs can continue to host and maintain the system on your behalf if you prefer, but you always retain full ownership and the option to self-manage or migrate later.

Yes. Many projects build on existing infrastructure. We can integrate cleanly with your current tools or migrate data into a unified platform when needed.
